I offer one-to-one meditation sessions – beginners to advanced – in my home overlooking Goose Green, at a time and day of your choice*. I can support you in bypassing the stressful superficiality of the mind and connect with a deeper, more authentic place of peace and wisdom within.

WHAT: Four kinds of modern meditation. Choose between a 35-minute one, with an exploratory chat before and after. Or a full hour-long meditation. Each begins with a stage of physical activity supported by music, and ends with stillness and silence.
In our initial session we’ll talk about what you want from mediation and your thoughts around it, followed by a brief familiarisation with all four and their potential benefits.
After guiding you through the simple physical techniques of a meditation of your choice, we’ll do a shortened 35-minute version together (the full ones are an hour). To close, we’ll talk through what came up for you during the meditation, share any difficulties and/or insights you encountered, and support the positive effects, so that you move into the rest of your day feeling more yourself.
WHY: Discover how meditation is neither concentration nor effort but a state of conscious inaction. It is true relaxation. Enjoyment. Let-go. A chance to focus on a single hour that could benefit your entire day and beyond.
